This museum’s operations stretch across the entire length of lake Mjøsa. The museum documents and presents the history of the local people and landscape. A number of major family events, theme days, historical walks, exhibits, concerts and historical plays are held in a range of unique historical settings linked to the museum on an annual basis. Guided tours by appointment. We tailor special events for our visitors! Among the many popular facilities run by the museum, are the following:
