Learning by doing
Lizas småbruk offers weekly courses where you may learn a wide variety of traditional and practical food processing techniques. As participants you will not learn by observing others, but rather by carrying out the actual tasks and challenges yourselves. This way you can be sure to remember how to compose stunning dishes utilizing no more that the equipment you most likely got at home.
Our courses is always hands on, and is as far as possible based around local food and produce as well as our theme "the road from the earth to the table". We welcome you to practical and educational experiences in our kitchen which used to be the old farm workshop. Nowadays it's rather cosy with four stoves, meters of kitchen benches, as well as a large kitcher island sporting room for 12 participants. Prepare for a lot of smiles, fun and laughter.

Both public and private courses
Most of our courses is open to anyone, so that you may sign up on your own leisure. On demand we also organize private sessions for groups, oragizations, and businesses who wish to give members, family or friends an interesting and unique food experience. Creating your own sausages thefore roasting them on an open fire brings you together in a way that any traditional restaurant will not.
